Responsibilities
Responsibilities include preparing vacant apartments to market-ready condition, responding to resident service requests such as light bulb changes and minor repairs, and performing on-call emergency services as needed. The technician will also assist the Maintenance Supervisor with special projects and ensure grounds and common areas are kept free of trash and debris.
