Maxx Properties is looking for our next Maintenance Technician to join our team in South Florida for an immediate and full-time opportunity. As a Maintenance Technician, each day will be different than the other. A day in the life includes but is not limited to: * Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition * Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.) * Perform on-call emergency service as required * Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed * Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris Who and what skills are we looking for? * A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns * Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills * EPA Type II or Universal is REQUIRED * Energetic, responsible and organized * A true team-player mentality Maxx Properties Overview: MAXX Properties owns and manages multifamily apartment communities in six states nationwide.
