QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Basic numeracy and literary skills
  • 3 years previous experience
  • NVQ level 3 trade qualifications to one of the four specific trade roles (building, joinery, electrician or plumbing)
  • Willingness to obtain a thorough knowledge of the Fire Precautions Act 1974
  • UK driving license (desirable)
  • Trade specific NVQ certification (desirable)
