WHAT YOU’LL DO No two days are the same and that’s exactly how you like it. You’ll be responsible for: * Completing service requests with efficiency and care * Preparing apartments (make-readies, punch work, and detail finishing) * Maintaining attractive and safe apartment grounds * Performing general repairs: plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction * Handling large-scale projects when needed * Keeping our community clean with debris removal and upkeep WHAT YOU BRING * A positive, team-first attitude and strong attention to detail * Solid communication skills (both verbal and written) * At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience * Ability to work Monday–Friday, with weekend availability * Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional holidays * HVAC and CPO certifications required WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE At Pedcor Homes, your role goes beyond repairs, you’re part of a team committed to quality, integrity, and building stronger communities every day.
