Job Details Job Location: Bangor, WI 54614 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day As a part of the Hansen’s IGA Market team, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for delivering “best in class” customer service to all guests by providing general maintenance support and repair to our facilities such as the store locations, Home Office, and Support Center-Warehouse. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will be on-call to provide immediate assistance during evening hours. Duties & Responsibilities Serve customers in the store while modeling Hansen’s IGA Market culture and providing “best in class” customer service, which includes, greeting, engaging, delighting and thanking every guest for their business. Providing general maintenance to our facilities and equipment, including, but not limited to, carpentry (repairing structures, furniture and shelves), electrical repair switches, outlets, plugs, and appliances, plumbing (repair leaks, breaks, and clogs) and painting (painting, drywall repair and wall coverings) Remain on-call during evening hours to assist with any emergency maintenance needs Communicate all repairs, requests, and concerns to the Facilities/Grounds Manager Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety/sanitation regulations and procedures. Assist with all other maintenance duties as needed Qualifications Required Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to required operation of the equipment Strong sense of team – ability to anticipate the needs of the team Ability to work at a fast paced and efficient manner Ability to take initiative and make decisions independently regarding store needs and priorities, under general supervision Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time Ability to climb ladders Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
