Position Overview MML Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the ongoing care, repair, and reliability of facilities across our hospitality portfolio. This role is hands-on and essential to maintaining the high standards of safety, functionality, and presentation that define the MML experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled across multiple trades, with a strong commitment to operational excellence. What You’ll Do Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and fixtures Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC issues Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and potential equipment failures Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair situations Assist with equipment installation, repairs, upgrades, and facility improvements Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance activities Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when specialized services are required Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable codes Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Support ongoing improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and guest experience What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a related facilities role Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Attention to detail with a strong focus on safety and quality Effective communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to support varied schedules, including weekends or on-call needs Nice-to-Have Technical certification or vocational training Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or multi-site operations Familiarity with CMMS or work order systems OSHA or other safety-related certifications If an offer is accepted for this position, a comprehensive background check will be required, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, and criminal records.
