Description
Responsibilities Perform routine building maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general repair work across clinic locations Troubleshoot and address minor facility issues involving drywall, painting, doors, hardware, flooring, fixtures, and other building components Complete light plumbing and light electrical repairs, replacements, and adjustments as needed Assist with maintenance and repair of facility equipment and operational systems Support interior and exterior building upkeep to ensure a safe, professional, and functional environment Perform seasonal grounds and exterior maintenance, including snow removal, lawn care, and general site upkeep as needed Operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively Assist with clinic setup needs, furniture moves, minor installations, and facility improvement projects Identify maintenance concerns proactively and communicate repair needs to leadership in a timely manner Maintain organized work areas, tools, and maintenance supplies Travel between Momentum locations in the southern Minnesota area, with possible travel to additional clinics as the organization grows Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in building maintenance, property maintenance, facilities, or general repair work preferred Working knowledge of basic mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and repair practices Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance-related equipment Ability to read and follow basic operating instructions, safety guidelines, and work orders Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to maintenance needs efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, organized, and accountable with a strong work ethic Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, and the public At Momentum Behavior Services, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
