• Clean and service heat pumps;
• Clean and service dryer vents;
• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware;
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences;
• Some plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.;
• On call rotation required – weekends and after hours during the week;
• All other duties as required.
