MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location: Cranbrook, Kent
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (1-hour lunch break, ½ hour paid, ½ hour unpaid)

Our client, an expanding manufacturer, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support their operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a developing team under the leadership of a forward-thinking Maintenance Manager.

• Supporting the Maintenance Manager with day-to-day maintenance tasks
• Maintaining and cleaning factory machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnosing and repairing engineering faults on factory machinery
• Assisting in the upkeep of machinery, buildings, grounds, and other structures
• Ensuring internal and external areas of the premises are well maintained
• Keeping the maintenance workshop clean and organised
• Undertaking relevant training as required
• Ad-hoc duties as dictated by business needs
