Description Maintenance Technician - Moscow, TN & Memphis, TN Full-time | $20.00/hour I 40 hours per week Faith based nonprofit Wesley Living has provided excellent housing services to seniors since 1969. Who we are and what we do centers on our Core Values of Service, Compassion, and Integrity. Detail-oriented and dependable to use interpersonal and customer service skills to serve the elderly with compassion and integrity by performing general maintenance work in and around our properties at Wesley Graceland Gardens (Memphis, TN) and St. Mark Manor (Memphis, TN). Duties include but are not limited to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work. Problem-solving and time management skills are necessary. Leadership, teamwork, and budgeting skills are necessary. Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired. Equal Opportunity Employer.
