A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in keeping the property in an attractive, safe, and functional condition. You will: * Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. * Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns. * Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors. * Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions. * Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.
