Description

* Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency * Identify, isolate, and totally rectify a fault so that the failed asset can be restored to an operational condition in which it can perform its intended function at NAPCO and if necessary apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure long term solution is also applied. * Use Condition Monitoring results to predict when maintenance should be performed and consequently schedule corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

The maintenance technician will monitor asset status and condition data to prioritize resources and minimize downtime. They are responsible for identifying and rectifying faults to restore operational efficiency, applying root cause analysis when necessary.
