  We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive, "can do"  and team player attitude; and an eye for detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; general plumbing; general electrical; general construction repairs; drywall repair;  grounds; and debris removal . Ability to handle large projects. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.   Ability to work Monday to Friday .  On-call responsibility is required. May have to work some holidays. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. A minimum of 2 years' apartment maintenance experience  required. HVAC experience is preferred.  HVAC certification are a plus, but not required.  CPO certification preferred. Join a winning team and enjoy a great working environment!
