Our Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in executing general maintenance tasks and repairs across our property portfolio. With the autonomy to manage your work orders, budget, and schedule, you will typically handle 5-6 work orders daily, emphasizing quality customer service. We are on the lookout for proactive, solution-focused technicians eager to expand their careers with us as we grow nationwide.

Maintain a consistent weekday schedule!
You’ll receive a monthly tool allowance of $50, along with a $50 monthly cell phone allowance.
Additionally, you will have access to a company fleet vehicle and a fuel card.
There are ample growth opportunities available, with potential advancement into roles like Lead Technician and Field Maintenance Manager.
OSHA training will be provided to ensure your safety and compliance in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all work order requests.
- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely, efficient manner.
- Assist in scheduling and communicate effectively with Team Leads and Dispatchers to obtain bids while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their work.
- Procure necessary maintenance supplies for properties as required.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs in various areas, including plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, drywall, exterior issues, and basic electrical work.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to travel within your designated region; this role is exclusively field-based.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade.
- Basic competency in standard trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally, and over 75 lbs with assistance.
- Holding a current or previous plumbing license is an advantage.
