Position: Maintenance Technician Location: St Charles MO    Job Description: Summary of Position Perform maintenance functions as directed by the maintenance manager.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain, install, troubleshoot and repair various CNC equipment • Maintain, install, troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic and controls systems & equipment • Maintain, install, set-up and troubleshoot DC and AC variable frequency drives. • Troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controllers such as Allen-Bradley SLC-500 & CompactLogix controllers. • Utilize test equipment. • Have basic knowledge of air compressors, pneumatic, hydraulic, chilled water, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment. • Ability with reading and understanding mechanical prints / drawings and electrical line diagrams / relay logic. • This list is not intended to be all-inclusive. May be exposed to coolants, lubricants, abrasive compounds, electricity, wiring • Physical Effort: Standing, walking, climbing, pushing/pulling, grasping, kneeling, squatting, bending, twist/turn, reach above shoulder, lifting 0-50 lbs. 
Responsibilities
The maintenance technician will perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC equipment and industrial electronic control systems. They are also responsible for maintaining pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC systems while interpreting technical drawings and diagrams.
