QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, ideally within the food manufacturing sector.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals and engineering drawings.
• Expertise in maintaining and repairing various types of machinery.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, and respond to on-call emergencies when required.

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play an integral role in our operations, ensuring that our machinery and equipment perform at their best.

• Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and efficiently repair production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues swiftly, keeping operations running smoothly.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled tasks to optimize machine performance and longevity.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to support seamless operations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.
• Safety Adherence: Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines, contributing to a safe workplace.
