Our Maintenance Technicians perform maintenance tune-ups on equipment approximately 3 years and newer, with the ability to perform minor HVAC repairs. Installs new replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. What You’ll Do Perform Precision Maintenance Tune-Ups following the Trusted Advisor Process Perform minor service repairs on HVAC equipment Offer additional needed services to customers Complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently Follow all standard operating procedures Initiative to train and develop using the company provided resources Demonstrate the “George Brazil Experience” Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction Establish a great rapport with the customer What We’re Looking For Previous HVAC experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent EPA Certification preferred Trade school highly recommended What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Free Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and 2 Floating Holidays, plus sick time Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Company vehicle and tools (if applicable) A supportive team culture that values your contributions Why George Brazil?
