MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30 per hour
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Start Date: ASAP

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform
preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and troubleshoot complex mechanical,
electrical, and automated systems. The ideal candidate will bring technical
expertise, hands-on fabrication skills, and a safety-first mindset to support
high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of technical/vocational trainingor equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience inequipment maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency in electrical,mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems a plus
• PLCs, robotics, HVAC, panelwiring, shop fabrication, and automation a plus
• Ability to lift over 100 lbsoccasionally and perform physical job duties safely.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented,and highly detail-oriented.

• Maintain and repair productionmachinery and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenanceand minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical,electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Wire panels, read and createschematics, assemble automated systems.
• Fabricate parts using lathes,mills, CNCs, welding, etc.
• Conduct product inspections andensure quality standards.
• Train operators on proper machineuse and safety procedures.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA andinternal safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
• Collaborate with engineering onspecial projects and continuous improvement.
