We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a key role in supporting production, safety, and operational efficiency. In this role, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, and support continuous improvement efforts across our facility. Requirements Perform preventative and routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment Calibrate and test machinery after maintenance or repairs Complete general facility maintenance, including plumbing, lighting, and HVAC support Respond to weather-related maintenance needs such as leaks, rooftop HVAC maintenance, and snow/ice removal Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts inventory Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to minimize downtime Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Technical training or certifications in industrial maintenance or a related field are preferred 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment HVAC, electrical, or industrial maintenance certifications are a plus Skills for Success Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to maintenance needs Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
