We are currently supporting their search for a Maintenance Technician to join their night shift team at the Milton plant. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with a strong mechanical background and a passion for preventative maintenance and plant uptime, this opportunity is for you.

As the Maintenance Technician on the night shift, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the plant running smoothly by:

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance across a variety of mechanical systems and equipment
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing production machinery in a high-volume concrete manufacturing environment
• Leading and executing mechanical shutdowns as needed
• Managing inventory of parts and supporting internal reporting processes
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and contributing to plant-wide safety initiatives
