Avery Dennison is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Materials Group at the Spinach Dr. facility. In this role, you will be the "Solutions Architect" of our production line, ensuring operational uptime through expert diagnosis and repair. Shift: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!) Pay: Highly competitive rates + $2.00/hour shift differential Why Avery Dennison? What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day): Troubleshoot & Repair: Use your curiosity to find the root cause of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns. Preventative Maintenance: Execute planned and predictive maintenance to keep our facility running at peak performance. System Construction: Build and install electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits from technical drawings. Safety & Quality: Maintain a "Safety-First" mindset while adhering to cGMP, ISO 9001, and medical quality standards. Collaboration: Work across diverse teams to support production during high-stress breakdowns. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications What You Bring (Qualifications): Experience: 3-5 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to troubleshoot AC/DC drive systems and use electrical test equipment. Agility: A resilient problem-solver who can pivot quickly when production priorities shift. Education: High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience. Physical Readiness: Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs and work comfortably at heights using ladders.
