Pay $22/hour
Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday To Wednesday
Work Location: Woodbridge ( Pine Valley Dr and Steeles Ave W)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and other departments.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
  • Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods of manufacturing equipment
  • Experience with the use of hand tools including but not limited to welding
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
  • Working for 12 hours standing and working on the pultrusion lines
  • Must be able to lift between 20 and 40 lbs as required during their shift

Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled inspections and maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems to prevent breakdowns.
  • Lubricate, clean, and service machinery and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; diagnose root causes and execute repairs.
  • Respond promptly to equipment or system failures and restore functionality with minimal downtime. Repair or replace malfunctioning components or systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; ensure stock is updated in MaintainX.
  • Clean, inspect, and organize tools and equipment to guarantee readiness and safety.
  • Create, manage, and close work orders in MaintainX before starting tasks.
  • Log all maintenance actions, parts used, labor time, and observations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
