THE ROLE

Reporting to a supervisor, you’ll will work on essential maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and ensure everything—from pool filtration to air conditioning—runs smoothly and meets NSW Health standards. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of plant and equipment
• Possession of or willingness to obtain an Aquatic Technical Operator (SISSS00011) qualification is desirable – SOPA will support you to acquire this
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (e.g., MEX) and the ability to perform repairs and installations as required.
• It would be beneficial ( though not essential) to have experience in monitoring, recording and logging of pool plant operations including filtration plant, chemical dosing and testing
• Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to perform emergency management tasks, acting as a first responder for fire alarms and incidents is preferred (training be provided).
