Maintenance Technician Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking to put your expertise to work on high-precision metalworking equipment? We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with industrial maintenance experience and formal electrical training to support customers with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced production equipment. What You’ll Do * Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of CNC metalworking machines * Machine installations and setup * Perform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items * Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems * Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance * Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams What You Bring * 3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience * Strong understanding of servo systems, ball screws, spindles, and control systems (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, experience helpful) * Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics * Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills * Willingness to travel locally to customer sites, with 4-6 overnights per month * Valid driver's license - clean driving record Compensation and Benefits * $30 - $38/hour DOE, plus incentives - annual performance & salary reviews * Full-time, Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting Day 1 * 401(k) with company match * Generous Paid Time Off: Vacation, Holidays, and Personal Days * Extensive training provided to support your growth * Company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and credit card for work-related travel and expenses * Toolbox and appropriate test equipment provided Why Join Productivity Inc?
