  • Previous experience in a similar role essential
  • Stock control to ensure re-ordering of parts used
  • Being able to solve problems efficiently
  • Work individually and part of a team
  • Being focused and self-motivated
  • Being self-reliant and responsible
  • Interacting with people and working cohesively
  • Physically capable of moving equipment and manual handling
  • Plumbing such as unblocking of sinks, toilets and drains
  • Customer service specific training will be provided
  • Time management and organisation
    40-hour weekdays 8am – 5pm
    With a rotational weekend 1 in 3 required
    Hours Saturday 9pm – 6pm Sunday 10am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to oversee and manage a wide range of repairs, with in a commercial setting. These include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work and tasks.
We are expecting you to be organized and have good time management skills as well as strong general repair skills. This is a client facing role that requires an energetic and a can-do attitude and approach to the wide and varied works to be carried out.

  • Plantroom maintenance
  • Filter changes
  • Minor joinery tasks
  • Sprinkler systems
  • Tile replacement
  • Plant inspections
  • Emergency light testing (training will be provided)
  • Minor plumbing works
  • Lighting lamp changes
  • Contractor liaison
