In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to support a collaborative team environment while delivering outstanding customer service to residents. Our Maintenance Technicians are essential to maintaining the quality, safety, and appearance of the community, helping create an environment residents are proud to call home. What You’ll Do: Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the community. Respond to a variety of residential service requests in a timely, professional manner using strong troubleshooting skills. Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, pools, and building exteriors. Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community remains well-maintained and resident-focused. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 2 years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience. Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, appliances, HVAC repairs, and building exterior maintenance. Strong commitment to customer service with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and coworkers. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage responsibilities effectively. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed. Education, Licenses & Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
