Description At MRK, our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for handling repairs, troubleshooting problems, and performing preventative maintenance across assigned properties. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing the quality of the grounds and buildings, with a strong focus on completing work orders in a timely manner. Key Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Performs repairs, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
