We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment residential settings. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical, electrical, and schematics knowledge, with experience in facilities maintenance. Customer service experience are a plus. The Maintenance Technician will ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance through proactive maintenance practices. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on aerobic septic systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical problems / issues. Repair or replace faulty components. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally during service calls or project work Requirements Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams Electrical experience including troubleshooting with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools Excellent communication skills in English for effective team collaboration and customer interactions Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and safety standards Knowledge of safety protocols, and customer service principles Experience a plus — but not required Proven experience as maintenance technician Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired
