As a Maintenance Technician, you are the behind-the-scenes hero at Element by Westin, part of Marriott International. You ensure the hotel and its surroundings are always in top technical condition. You’ll also work one day a week at the unique location of Papa’s Beach House, hidden in the beautiful Haarlemmermeerse Bos.

• Perform repairs, maintenance and resolve technical issues
• Manage tools, supplies, and technical equipment
• Request quotes and order materials and spare parts
• Oversee and maintain safety systems like: legionella control, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and backup power
• Assess and prioritize technical issues and planned maintenance
• Collaborate with and report to the Maintenance Manager
