We are searching for Summer 2026 Maintenance Technician Intern to join our team reporting to the Maintenance Managers at Findlay and Sycamore OH locations. This internship is designed to give Maintenance Technicians that don’t have experience the opportunity to develop and learn more in the field of Maintenance. Participate in corrective, preventive, and improvement work orders Learn and participate in routine equipment/facility repairs Learn and use root cause analysis when troubleshooting any process problems Performs preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) prior to Preventive Maintenance (PM) Gathers information for performance improvements during PM activities Requirements Pursing studies in maintenance, automation technology, machine shop Desire to work in manufacturing as industrial maintenance technician Must be able to sit/stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day Must be able to occasionally lift up-to 70 pounds Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time Will require flexibility regarding shifts.
