REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a related role
• Must have a valid G-class driver’s license
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis
• Must be available for sewer, water, and property emergencies outside normal operating hours (infrequent)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in the hotel or campground industry
• Knowledge of water/wastewater issues
  This is a full time, year-round job. Day shift. You will require a valid G-class driver’s licence as travel between sites will be necessary. An onsite work vehicle will be provided. This is generally a Monday-Friday job, however flexibility to work on weekends is an asset.

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician will oversee and initiate maintenance and general repairs for the property and fulfill the company’s responsibilities to its residents in the Goderich area .
Properties include: The Bluffs at Huron, Huron Haven, Meneset (all in Goderich)
