If you want a stable, part-time position, we want to talk to you! The Role: You will be the backbone of a 45-unit apartment community in Proctor, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. Your day-to-day will involve: Turnovers & Repairs: Prepping units for new residents and handling daily work orders. Systems Maintenance: Managing boilers, furnaces, and plumbing (we will train you for your boiler license!). Preventative Care: Conducting quality checks to catch issues before they happen. On-Call Grounds Upkeep: General maintenance and essential snow removal to keep the community accessible. Requirements What We're Looking For: Experience: 1+ year of mechanical or basic maintenance experience (Plumbing, Appliances, Electrical, etc.). Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of general repair techniques. Licensing: Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle are a must. Certifications: Boiler license is a huge plus, but we will pay for your training to get one if you don't have it. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs. Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead for extended periods. EOE
