This role focuses on routine maintenance and facility support tasks completed using established procedures and checklists. This role is best suited for someone who values structure, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in completing work correctly and on time. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and regional travel. Reliable transportation is required. Responsibilities include: Completing assigned maintenance and upkeep tasks Equipment cleaning and visual inspections Simple facility repairs Following maintenance checklists and reporting issues that need escalation Tracking completed tasks, mileage, and hours worked Qualifications: Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to follow instructions and work independently Basic communication and smartphone/computer skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation High School diploma or equivalent
