What You’ll Do: · Responsible for the timely completion of all maintenance service requests and regular maintenance as assigned - may include painting, appliance repairs, replacing or repairing flooring, cleaning, replace window coverings, minor plumbing, minor carpentry, minor electrical · Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations · Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled · Grounds work - may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas, and maintaining landscaping · Responsible for alerting Community Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur · Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned What You Bring: · Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures. · Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task. · Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures. · Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety. · Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
