Position Summary * Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible to complete general maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas * Uphold the highest standards of property maintenance across all hotel facilities, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and guest comfort. * Demonstrate hands‑on expertise with tools and equipment, while remaining current with modern technologies and systems used within luxury hospitality environments * Work autonomously and interdependently, confidently managing shifts independently and taking full ownership of daily maintenance operations. * Execute routine maintenance tasks to an exceptional standard, including basic plumbing, painting, and carpentry. * Proactively drive preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime, extend asset life, and continuously enhance the guest experience. * Identify recurring facility issues and implement safe, efficient, and long‑term solutions aligned with best practice. * Support seamless hotel operations by responding promptly and professionally to urgent and reactive maintenance requests.
