Description Join PCRK Group as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the optimal condition and functionality of our health and wellness locations across various sites in a defined geographical area . In this dynamic, field-based position, you’ll take ownership of preventive and corrective maintenance across a range of systems—including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and wellness-specific equipment—ensuring each facility operates at its best. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, and ready to take on diverse challenges in a mission-driven environment focused on delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems at multiple site locations. Maintain, troubleshoot, and support wellness-specific equipment such as massage chairs, steamers, hot stones, and other treatment-related devices. Perform maintenance on lighting, sound, and environmental controls to ensure optimal ambiance and comfort for clients and staff. Manage and monitor preventive maintenance contracts, including scheduling and coordinating services for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, alarm systems, and wellness equipment. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards relevant to a health and wellness environment. Respond promptly to emergency situations related to facility systems or safety concerns, including fire alarms, security alarms, or equipment failures, even during evenings, weekends, or holidays. Perform inspections of treatment rooms, waiting areas, locker rooms, bathrooms, and other shared spaces, ensuring safety and readiness of facilities. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized equipment repairs and routine servicing. Monitor and maintain building security, fire safety systems, and disaster response procedures. Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs, including warranties and service agreements. Conduct periodic assessments of the property exterior, including lighting, walkways, and signage, ensuring safety and aesthetics. Assist in the planning and implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building maintenance preferred Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record. (Required) Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Experience with wellness or medical equipment maintenance is a plus. Ability to work independently, travel between locations, and adapt to different site environments. May require overnight stays monthly. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, climb ladders, and perform maintenance tasks as required. Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
