PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of PROFIL Waterford TEAM. As the Maintenance Technician, Off Shift, at PennEngineering, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As a team member or independently, as required, diagnose, and repair all mechanical and electrical machinery problems related to the production equipment.
  • Demonstrates proficiencies in pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, electrical controls, AC/DC drive motors, machine component clearances/fits and an overall understanding of machine operation and function
  • Completes preventative machine maintenance as assigned, troubleshooting issues or concerns with the production equipment.
  • Ability to work with machinery drawings and specifications, electrical schematics, machine manuals, or other forms of assembled data as related to the production environment.
  • Fabricates needed components, as needed, to complete repairs.
  • Maintains accurate records of equipment repair
  • Ability to use and navigate the CMMS system for maintenance items
  • Perform basic building maintenance and repairs to include painting, drywall, tile, plumbing, basic electrical, replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles and basic troubleshooting.
  • Keep manager advised of any on-going problems not being resolved satisfactorily or that prevents the fulfillment of responsibilities
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and be held accountable or answerable for one’s conduct while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Effectively organize and prioritize tasks and schedules
  • Work with maintenance on P.M. both alone and in groups
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned
