Description Pickering & Company is looking for a Multi-Family Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team! Applicant must be a team player, have Multi-Family Apartment Maintenance experience, be able to work in a fast paced environment, must be organized, able to multi-task, and have excellent customer service skills. Experience in carpentry, general maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing is required. CPO and CFC Certifications are also required or be willing to obtain those licenses within a deadline of commencing employment. Weekends and on call required.
