Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Hourly Maintenance Technician with a background in facilities or property maintenance to support the daily upkeep and operation of our estate. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in hospitality, commercial, campus, industrial, or multi-property environments and is comfortable handling a wide range of building systems, preventative maintenance, and repairs. This is a hands-on position for a technician who understands professional maintenance standards, can prioritize work orders, and takes pride in keeping a large, guest-facing property operating smoothly. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds. Troubleshoot and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors/hardware, and carpentry. Respond to and resolve maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify repair or safety needs. Assist with minor projects, renovations, and seasonal maintenance. Coordinate with leadership and outside vendors as needed. Maintain organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies. Follow all safety procedures and documentation standards. Preferred Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of facilities, property, or building maintenance experience (hotel, resort, apartment community, campus, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment strongly preferred). Experience maintaining multiple buildings or large properties. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade training is a plus. Valid driver’s license. This role is not intended for candidates whose experience is limited solely to personal or residential home repairs. Schedule & Availability Full-time, hourly position.
