Maintenance Technician (PM Shift) Now hiring Gerawan employees/Ahora estamos contratando empleados de Gerawan. Responsibilities and Duties Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments Work with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all maintenance related projects are in compliance with all employee safety, food safety and regulatory standards Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use and knowledge of all equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedure Pay Range ($16.50 min - $20.00 max)/hour This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above. If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will perform diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and plant equipment. They will also conduct regular preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
