Maintenance Technician - Machinery Electromechanical Technician Ripon / Wisconsin / United States On-Site Full Time $61.000 - $70.000 About the Job Posting Experienced mid-senior Maintenance Technician needed to repair, maintain, and optimize production machinery in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join an on-site manufacturing operation located in Ripon, Wisconsin. This mid-senior role requires a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate with a team to ensure reliable production. Total openings: 1. Standard shift is Monday through Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:00 am. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Tasks Responsibilities Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications. Troubleshoot and service motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyors, and production equipment. Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities. Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures. Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency. Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime. Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment. Requirements Qualifications Preferred two-year Associate degree and 5+ years of related work experience. Proficiency with computers to search for parts and enter data into a CMMS.
