Pomeroy Living, a state-of-the-art independent and assisted living community, is seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities: * Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. * Conduct repairs and general maintenance on building structures, grounds, and resident apartments. * Assist with resident room turnovers, including painting, drywall repair, and minor renovations. * Move and assist in the transportation of furniture and equipment. * Maintain a safe and well-maintained community environment.
