Location: Flint Mi Premier Property Management is seeking a diligent and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a leading property management company, we are committed to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents, and our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in achieving this goal. Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance inspections and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and longevity of property systems and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs. Collaborate with property management team to address maintenance issues and uphold property standards. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Snow Removal in winter months Follow all safety protocols Qualifications: 2+ Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred. Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, applicance repair, and drywall. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
