How You Will Make a Difference Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life‑safety systems. Respond to work orders and urgent requests; document in CMMS. Support environment‑of‑care rounds; partner with EVS, Security, and Nursing on safety fixes. Assist with vendor coordination and inspections (sprinklers, generators, medical gas). Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving. Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams. What We’re Looking For 3+ years maintenance experience (healthcare preferred). Working knowledge of life‑safety codes (NFPA, Joint Commission readiness). Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs.
