We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. SKILLS

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems.
• Proficient in electrical experience, including the use of tools like an ohmmeter.
• Experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on safety protocols.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation effectively.
• Supervising experience is beneficial for leading small teams or projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Customer service orientation to address client needs effectively.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Provide leadership and supervision to junior maintenance staff as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or stakeholders.
