This position will travel to multiple sites in their own company vehicle, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments. Appliance repair. Customer service. Salt / Snow removal duties. Rotating On-Call in the Lancaster, Lititz, Akron, Reading areas. May be eligible for an on-call bonus! Requirements Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Working cell phone. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED.

The technician will assist with resident work orders and apartment turnovers across various apartment communities, potentially including grounds work, light repairs in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and appliance repair. Duties also involve salt/snow removal and rotating on-call responsibilities in specified areas.
