This position will travel to multiple sites, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments. Appliance repair. Customer service. Salt / Snow removal duties Rotating On-Call in the Williamsport Area. May be eligible for an on call & Snow bonus! Requirements HVAC experience and certification preferred but not required. Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Working cell phone. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
The technician will handle resident work orders, apartment turnovers, and general maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks. Additional duties include groundskeeping, snow removal, and participating in a rotating on-call schedule.
