Assist with turnover of apartments. May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed. Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments. Appliance repair. Snow removal duties. Customer service. Requirements Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred. Working cell phone. Excellent customer service skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
The technician will assist residents with work orders and support the turnover process for apartments. Duties may also include performing groundskeeping, light electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC work, appliance repair, and snow removal.
