Referral bonus program Tuition reimbursement HSA Medical plan option with annual company contribution Perks at Work – discounts on shopping, travel & more Proven continued business growth for future opportunities What You’ll Do Perform a wide range of electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical maintenance tasks Respond to equipment issues, diagnose problems, and involve the right resources to resolve them quickly Ensure all repaired equipment is tested and production-ready Understand daily production priorities and actively contribute to shift meetings and team communication Conduct preventative, predictive, and diagnostic maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled) on processing equipment Develop and document maintenance plans, including required tools, parts, and frequency Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues using root cause analysis and effective repair techniques Accurately document all maintenance activities using CMMS and written reports/logs Participate in team-based improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and eliminate waste Train operators and team members in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) practices Research and procure parts, work with vendors, write work orders, and coordinate with MRO team Take ownership of difficult, recurring equipment problems and drive resolution Perform other duties as assigned Requirements What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent 2–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or food processing environment Experience with: Steam and condensate recovery systems Boilers, air compressors, chillers, and cooling towers PLC programming and troubleshooting Electrical and PLC documentation (reading and writing) Analog and digital circuitry Motion control and variable frequency drives (VFDs) Familiarity with: CMMS/CSMM systems Safety procedures for electrical and mechanical work Computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, basic charting) Training or coursework in: Electrical, electronics, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) WCM (World Class Manufacturing) or self-directed team experience is a plus
