Description Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for night shifts our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner. Shift Availability: Part-Time night shift This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
